Neurotransmitter Imbalance
CAUSES: eating a diet high in refined sugars, trans-fats, low in essential fatty oils, too much caffeine and/or alcohol, having a diet low in multiple nutrients, or an inflamed intestine which cannot absorb beneficial nutrients.
