Food Allergies

CAUSES: eating a diet lacking in variety and high in common allergens (wheat, eggs, dairy, corn, soy, almonds, peanuts, gluten), and also eating a diet which causes negative changes in the gut’s good bacteria, so that the gut has a different microorganisms than typical in it, as well as diets low in vegetables and fruits which are low in vitamin c and bioflavonoids which help keep allergies from developing.
